My husband and I will be going to Vegas and Grand Canyon for the first time in the last wk of Jan. Based on the research we’ve done, we want to go to the South Rim. We don%26#39;t want to drive ourselves and have narrowed down to Grand-Adventures sunset walking tour (14hr bus tour) and the Papillon/Scenic/Grand Canyon Airlines (all now the same company) Canyon Connoisseur tour (8hr) which flies there, followed by a motorcoach tour at the park. The sunset walking tour gets very good reviews here and is more personal, but a 3hr walking tour could be cold and windy and not so enjoyable for the last wk in Jan. The Canyon Connoisseur tour is less personal but saves a lot of time by flying there, after which you’re in a comfy warm bus. So help me decide which one to pick.
