Getting to ABQ from Santa Fe

I am spending the next 6 weeks in Santa but will need to fly out a few times for brief trips. Without driving, what options are there for getting to and from the airport from Santa Fe? Car service? bus service? light rail? Thank you.

Getting to ABQ from Santa Fe

The RailRunner makes frequent trips between Albuquerque and Santa Fe (nmrailrunner.com); I believe there is still bus service from points in Santa Fe to the Albuq. airport. I%26#39;m not sure of the name, as it might have changed since the RailRunner went into effect. Incidently, the RailRunner has an airport stop where you transfer to City busses to the airport. You might also think about a car rental, rates are fairly reasonalbe, and the airport rental lots run around $3.00 per day.

Just checked and the Santa Fe bus shuttle is: Sandia Shuttle Express.

The Railrunner may be your best bet. Buses in Abq are free with Railrunner ticket. There is shuttle from the Abq Transportation Center downtown to the airport. Right now the Railrunner is not running the rails on Sundays! www.nmrailrunner.com

Also there is decent city bus service in Santa Fe as well as cabs.

HI all and thank you for your advice. Using your information as a starting point, I was able to find one service that has shared rides (Roadrunner) that has service to and from a house without the expense of the taxis or limo services. It%26#39;s a little longer than a car ride but less than Sandia Shuttle or the train. I appreciated all your responses. And I%26#39;m loving being in Santa Fe!
