One night in Santa Fe

My friends and I are staying in Santa Fe for one night (Friday, March 13th) on our way to Angel Fire for snowboarding. Any recommendations of places to stay for four mid-20s single people? We would definitely like to stay in an area central where we can walk to different restaruants and bars. Also, any recommendations of hiking or mountain biking available right now? We would definitely be interested in doing some outdoor activities during the day before we party it up at night...

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

One night in Santa Fe

There are quite a few places in the Plaza area downtown Santa Fe. Check with Inn of the Governors which has a great restaurant/bar Del Charro, Hotel St Francis, Hotel Plaza Real, La Fonda.

Places to eat nearby Cafe Pasquals, San Francisco Street Bar and Grill, Ore House, The Shed, Blue Corn Cafe, Atomic Grill, Sleeping Dog Tavern, Catamount (sports bar), El Paseo Bar and Grill, Coyote Cafe.

Bars in the downtown area to check out include Evangelos, Catamount, El Paseo, Del Charro, Ore House, Blue Corn Cafe... not sure how ';fun'; these are as I don%26#39;t usually do bars... I live too far from town!

Hiking/Biking trails are the trails near to town as most of the high country trails have snow. Try Chamisa Trail, Atalaya Mtn, Dale Ball Trails... and do not leave anything of value in your car... there have been many car breakins in hiking trail parking lots. www.sdcmountainworks.com/hiking/trails.php
