Why is the las vegas nevada forum, cross posting to the las vegas new mexico forum..??

Now you know what we%26#39;ve been going through here in New Mexico for...well, forever it seems.

Please read, ';So this is the Las Vegas, NEW MEXICO Forum?'; (5:43 pm, yesterday) on the NEW MEXICO FORUM!

I haven%26#39;t encountered any ';cross-posting'; myself however.

When you query on ';Search'; for ';Las Vegas,'; you get Las Vegas, NV listed first, then below it, Las Vegas, NM...easy to miss the second one.

When I search for ';Las Vegas, NV'; or ';Las Vegas, NM'; I get the proper city%26#39;s forum however.

If you read the forum posting above from Dan of the T/A staff, you will note they are going to try to install something that will automatically, re-direct queries to the proper forum page. ';Perhaps'; they are ';tinkering'; with that procedure today?

Meanwhile, we will continue to amuse ourselves with people posting to the Las Vegas, NM Forum when they are seeking information regarding our wonderful neighbor to the West. Add in those seeking facts about Acapulco, or Palenque, and we have a jolly old time. :-)

Wait, so is there a shuttle to Palenque from Alamagordo? After having my root canal, I would not mind seeing the ruins....
