arriving on the amtrak from chicago this september, is it likley that there will be taxis waiting in the vacinity of the station

When you depart Amtrak%26#39;s ';Southwest Chief,'; the Albuquerque Transportation Center is only about 100 yards directly west of the Train station. I%26#39;m sure you could call a Taxi from within the train station however, and there may be (or may not be, I do not know off-hand) porters available to help you with your luggage.

It is very likely there will be taxis waiting. Every time I have picked folks up from the Southwest Chief, no matter what time it pulls in, (it is sometimes very late), there has been many taxi%26#39;s waiting.
